We make our banana chips from Nendran bananas — the variety Keralites have always reached for. Our tapioca chips start with Kerala tapioca — lighter, crispier, and just as uncompromising on the raw material. We fry both in rice bran oil for a clean, light crunch. And when we season, we use real spices — the kind you would actually recognise in a kitchen.
